My image of a bluebell forest on a foggy morning won the runner-up position in the landscape category of the 2009 US National Wildlife Federation photo competition. The contest received over 70,000 submitted images
from photographers all over the world.

My image of a Common Kingfisher is used as the cover image of a new birdguide from the Dutch Society for the Protection of Birds (Vogelbescherming). It remains a wonderful feeling to open a website or enter a store and see one of your own images on the cover of a book or magazine
